Enrico (Chicco) TestaChairman of the BoardBorn in Italy in 1952, Mr. Testa has an impressive professional background. Among his several experiences, between 1996 and 2002 Enrico Testa was Chairman of the Board at ENEL S.p.A. (the Italian provider of power and gas) and founder and member of the Board of Directors at WIND S.p.A.. Mr. Testa is currently Member of the Board of Rothschild S.p.A, Executive President at Roma Metropolitane S.p.A (the company realizing the new Underground lines in Rome), Vice Chairman of the World Energy Council and Senior Partner at Franco Bernabè Group, which owns several participations in the IT sector. |

Oozi CatsFounder, Member of the BoD & CEOMr. Cats has 25 years’ experience in creating and leading business ventures. In 2000 Cats has founded Telit than an Israeli start-up for high level engineering and distribution in the field of wireless communications, dealing predominantly CDMA handsets. In 2003 Cats led Telit to acquire a bankrupt GSM/GPRS handset company in Italy and restructure it to become an m2m world leader. In 2005 Cats took Telit Communications PLC public in the LSE on AIM raising $40M. With the funds in place Cats globalized the company on the technology perspective by adding to its GSM/GPRS core competence also CDMA, EVDO & UMTS. In 2006 Cats opened the APAC market by leading Telit to acquire the Korean market leader and has built Telit USA in North Carolina. In 2008 Telit acquired also a short range technology developer and is currently mastering also ZigBee and Wireless Mesh technology. In 2011 Cats surprised the m2m world with the acquisition of the Motorola m2m division, Global Connect and Navman Location Based Technology making Telit a true Global leader in the m2m arena. In April 2007 the president of the Italian republic Giorgio Napolitano awarded Mr. Cats with the decoration "Cavaliere dell'ordine della stella della solidarietà italiana". The Stella della solidarietà italiana was originally instituted in 1947, to recognise those expatriates and foreigners who made an outstanding contribution to the reconstruction of Italy after World War II. |

Yosi FaitFinance DirectorMr. Fait is a Certified Public Accountant and has held a number of executive positions with private and public companies. Yosi's previous roles with listed companies have included CEO of both Alony Group and H&O. Yosi also served as CFO of Pelephone Communications Ltd, the first cellular operator in Israel. Yosi began his professional career as an accountant with Ernst & Young Israel. |

Alexander SatorNon-executive DirectorMr. Sator (aged 40), was a co-founder of one of the first software companies in Germany in 1983, while still in his teens. After a short career in the scientific industry he founded Sator Laser in 1996, which focused on the development of lasers and laser systems for industrial applications, soon becoming market leader for its specific field. In 2001 Domino Printing Services took a stake in this business and in 2005 Mr. Sator sold his remaining shares. Over the last two years Mr. Sator has been, beside other advisory engagements, Strategy Advisor to the Deutsche Telekom AG for the mobile business. |

Davidi GiloIndependent Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration CommitteeDavidi Gilo has more than 25 years of technology and business expertise and a proven track record of innovation and execution in identifying and fostering the growth of emerging trends and technologies including DSP chips, cell phones, medical information technology and broadband networks. Mr. Gilo was the founder of DSP Group (which was sold to Intel for $1.6billion), Ceva, Nogatech, Audiocodes and Zen Research, among others. Ram ZeeviNon-Executive DirectorFor the past three years, Ram has been a private investor successfully investing in a number of high growth companies, largely in the technology sector. From 2001 to 2008, Ram was Managing Director of Caribbean Petroleum Corporation ("CPC"). CPC had a wide number of interests including ownership of the only private dock in Puerto Rico, a pipeline system servicing CPC, the country's Electric Power Company and the airport along with a chain of over 200 petrol stations and a refinery. During Ram's tenure, CPC expanded its interests in Puerto Rico and attained sales of $400 million annually. Ram remains a Non-Executive Director of CPC. From 1998 to 2001, Ram was CEO of Zeevi Computers and Technology Ltd., a technology investment company which was listed on the Tel Aviv stock exchange, with investments in over 30 companies and during this period Ram held a number of Chairmanships, largely in high growth technology businesses. From 1992 to 1998, Ram was CEO of Oil Investment Consolidated, Inc. which he sold and prior to this he was CEO of Property Investment Inc., a real estate company, which was packaged and sold. Ram is also a Non-Executive Director of R Inc Green and DoNanza. |

Nicola MigliettaIndependent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit CommitteeBorn in Italy in 1967, Mr. Miglietta is a Professor of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance (Advanced Degree) at the University of Torino. Between 1992 and 1994 he was Auditor in PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Miglietta sits on the board of several companies and currently is a member of the Board of Directors at Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. and a member of the Board of statutory auditors at Impregilo S.p.A. (Italy's leading General Contractor and one of the world's top-ranking construction groups), both listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. |
